Stardust Charity Stitch Along
I recently shared about the Stardust Charity quilt along that I joined, hosted by Fat Quarter Shop. If quilting isn’t your thing, but cross stitch is (or maybe you like to do both, like me), they’ve also got a cross stitch pattern available!
The pattern stitches up quickly and is similar in style to the quilt. Unlike the quilt, where Release 1 is the bottom corner of the quilt, the stitching Release 1 is the left half of the piece.
I’m using called-for DMC floss and stitching on a remnant of 14 count white Aida, all from my stash. Use what you have, right? The pattern is really cute, and I’m excited for the second part to release tomorrow, June 6th! If you want to join along, head on over to Fat Quarter Shop, make the suggested donation to Make-A-Wish, and get your copy of the pattern (it’s free, but they suggest you donate since it is a charity stitch along).
